Open Mic at MoCADA is back.  Join us on July 19 from 5-7 pm at our Ubuntu Garden for our kickoff Shea Butter Session. Hosted by and with sounds from the Fried Dynamite crew– Specks, Trevor Banks, and Run P. — we’re calling on all performers of all ages to show us what you got.

Kin Liberation Day is a vibrant day party hosted by MoCADA celebrating LGBTQIA+ people and those who love them. Join us for an exciting lineup of activities, including a picnic on the lawn, an artist talk featuring Lindsay Perryman from the current exhibition, Flaunt: Being the Dream, a lively DJ set by blkboyshine, open decks, special film screenings, and musical performances by kamaal + Samí Sól. You won’t want to miss this… So bring your blanket, your dancing shoes, and great vibes for a day of joy and community!
