The Rwanda Retold exhibition, a special pop up presentation commemorating the 25th anniversary of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi, is currently on view at MoCADA. The installation includes several new works by emerging artists from the region including author and ASYV Rwandan Advisory Board Member, Celine Uwineza.

Join us Tuesday, May 14 at 7pm for a special film screening, conversation, and book launch, where Celine will share about her book, “Untamed: Beyond Freedom,” her story of survival during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda and subsequent healing journey.
