Join us for The State of the Community, a two day discussion centering recent events, issues, and other concerning factors that are greatly impacting our community. Hosted by MoCADA, Black Policy Lab and Sustainable BK, the intention of this brave + safe space is to activate our community braintrust and uplift voices from within, while offering tangible resources and collaboratively working together to create solutions that empower our community to thrive.
Topics will include (but are not limited to):
JUNE 30th: IF PRO-LIFE INCLUDED BLACK LIVES
* Economic injustice: Rent, Gas, Baby Formula Shortage *
* Health justice: Roe while Black; COVID response; mental health support *
