Movement Workshop: Desire Lines with Camille Wyatt

Join us for Desire Lines, led by Camille Wyatt (@sistersteele) with support from Okailey Afroso (@okaileyafroso),  an improv (movement) practice that examines how we can fully engage with our bodily impulses, even within the constraints of industrialized environments. This class is designed for those who are curious about the liberating qualities of movement improvisation that ground the mover in the present and encourage them to trust and embrace bodily instinct.

Who grants us permission to move as we do? How can we allow ourselves to respond to our bodies’ desires? This is a space for play and curiosity. A deviation from the narrow scope of movement we conform to daily is encouraged. Open to all, with no dance background required.
